Contributed seminars and posters

The deadline for submission of abstracts for contributed seminars and posters was June 3, 2008. We have received abstracts of 90 papers. Following the recommendation of program advisors 50 abstracts were selected for oral presentation as seminars. Another 28 papers were selected for poster presentation.

Poster session

The poster session will take place on Thursday, September 4. All posters will be evaluated by the selection panel led by the session convenor and a number of them will be selected for publication in the conference proceedings. Submitted manuscripts will undergo review process.

The posters will be mounted on board stands which can accommodate a maximum poster size of 110 cm high by 80 cm wide (43.3 inches high x 31.5 inches wide).

 

Conference proceedings

Invited talks, contributed seminars (subject to a referee review) and selected posters (subject to a referee review) will be published in a special issue Acta Physica Polonica B.

The length limit is 10 pages for invited talks and 4 pages for seminars and selected posters. Follow this link for detailed instructions to authors.
